<<Registration Open!>> Asia Philanthropy Congress 2022 - Future of Philanthropy and Social Innovation

The Asia Philanthropy Conference 2022 - Future of Philanthropy and Social Innovation will be held on Saturday, November 19 at Hotel New Otani Tokyo, bringing together business and philanthropy leaders from Asia and around the world.
From the philanthropic side, the first session will host such luminaries as Paul Polman, former CEO of Unilever and author of Net Positive (a Financial Times' Best Business Book of the Year), and Hossain Zillur Rahman, Chairman of the world-famous BRAC, for a discussion of what Asia as a whole should do to addressglobal social issues, and how its philanthropies can work with business, the public sector, and other sectors.
Mr. Polman is also the chairman of "The Valuable 500" (launched in Davos in 2019), an organization that aims to promote employment of people with disabilities on a global scale. BRAC, led by Mr. Rahman, is a leading international NGO in Asia that has been conducting poverty alleviation and education support activities in Bangladesh for 50 years.
The second session, facilitated by Carolyn Casey, founder of The Valuable 500, will feature panelists from the business sector, organizations for people with disabilities, and representatives of Asian foundations, who will discuss the partnership between business and philanthropy. The discussion will focus on efforts to promote the employment of people with disabilities, and seek concrete solutions for their inclusion.
In addition, there will be time between the discussions for participants to mingle (and network!) and discuss issues of common concern. Please see the attached agenda for information about times and participants.
We look forward to seeing you there!
