Exchanging views with the foreign minister.
With Dr. Surenchimeg Dulamsuren, the Rector of the National Academy of Governance, the institution The Nippon Foundation has supported under the Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (Sylff) program.
